Who runs the site
christopher.pt belongs to Christopher Cabrita, a property consultant based in Alvor, Algarve.
He lists and sells property through Pera Premium Properties, Lda., which holds estate agency licence AMI 11034. The licence belongs to that company.

What the site is
The site presents the properties he represents and the films he makes. It is there to inform you before you get in touch.
Property details are for orientation. Prices, descriptions and availability can change, and a property may already be sold or withdrawn. Ask before you rely on any detail, and above all before you travel.
Estate agency services
Any estate agency service is provided through Pera Premium Properties, Lda. It is agreed directly with that company and not by using this site or by sending a message through it.
Photographs and films
The photographs and films on this site are the work of Christopher Cabrita, with the exception of some landscape images licensed from Pexels.
Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without written permission. To ask, write to hello@christopher.pt.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it or to reach what is not meant to be reached.
